Lost track of time

'Lost Track of Time at Gleisdreieck' is a guided walk that explores the past and future of Park am Gleisdreickeck and it orrounding train station and tracks. In collaboration with Berlin-based startup Zauber, the tour uses Augmented Realitity to bring archival material to life, illustrating how each phase of history shaped  the area. The walk focuses on a number of relic scattered throughout the park, revealing Gleisdreieck as an emblematic symbol of Berlins transformations over the past 150 years. The tour s path follows the story of the citys rapid growth and inustrializization, war and destruction, division and stagnation, up to the present-day attempts to reclaim the area as a greem space in opposition to future investors plans. This tour not only unveils the sites past, but it also offers a glimpse into the future of its development. It encourages multilateral discourse by engaging local communities, initiatives, and stakeholders to actively share knowledge through lectures, gatherings and panel discussions. Lost Track of Time at Gleisdreiceck aims to inspire locals to become active participants in Berlins urban development and shape the citys future.
